These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HyprFlow online store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colour, finish, or strap texture may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings.

3. Product Authenticity

All watches, jewellery, and accessories sold on HyprFlow are 100% authentic and sourced directly from brands or authorised distributors. If you suspect a product is not genuine, please contact us immediately at support@hyprflow.in.

4. Watch & Jewellery Care

Product care instructions are provided on individual product pages. HyprFlow is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, exposure to water (beyond stated water resistance ratings), chemicals, or failure to follow care guidelines. Warranty, where applicable, is subject to the brand’s own terms.

5. Customisation & Engraving

Customised or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please review all customisation details carefully before confirming your order, as changes cannot be made once production begins.

6. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
  • We accept payments via available methods at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • HyprFlow reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors

7. Shipping

Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days across India. All items are packaged in premium protective packaging. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. Customised, engraved, or final-sale items are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, product photography, and graphics — is the property of HyprFlow and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
