Shipping Policy

At HyprFlow, we take great care in packaging and delivering your watches, jewellery, and accessories safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for select pin codes)
Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,999
Flat Rate Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹1,999

3. Packaging

Every watch, jewellery piece, and accessory is packaged in premium protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Watches are secured in padded boxes, jewellery is wrapped in anti-tarnish pouches, and accessories are carefully packed to prevent scratches or damage during transit. Complimentary gift packaging is available upon request at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Certain remote or restricted areas may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods. HyprFlow is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at support@hyprflow.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
